At Zimmermans Plumbing, Heating, & A/C, Inc., we value our customers and strive to provide high quality plumbing, and HVAC services. Because plumbing and HVAC work involves labor, time, and materials, refunds are generally not available once services are completed. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 10 days so we can address the issue, offer a repair, or provide an appropriate resolution.

Any equipment, replacement parts, or special order items purchased on your behalf are non refundable once ordered.

If you are accidentally overcharged or make an overpayment, we will promptly refund the excess amount to your account or to you.
